Get Cycling In The 50k and 100k Vision Sports Charity Cycle

Join Vision Sports Ireland for the Great North East 50k and 100k Charity Cycle through the beautiful and scenic routes around Cooley Peninsula on Saturday 24th September.

All cyclists on bicycles, tandems and all variations of para cycles welcome with a choice of distance covering either 50k or 100k cycle.

Both tours will start and finish at the Carrickdale Hotel & Spa, Carrickcarnon, Ravensdale, Dundalk. It  starts at 10am, and registration is from 9am. Fee is €20

Vision Sports Ireland is unique in that it is the only organisation is Ireland solely dedicated to promoting sport and recreation for vision impaired people. It is registered National Governing Body (NGB) for sport for vision impaired people in Ireland.

It is a  not for profit organisation and registered charity, founded in 1988. It’s aim is to enable blind and vision impaired people to participate fully in sport and recreational activities of their choice.

The development fund was recently launched to help blind/vision impaired people take the first steps on the ladder of sport. You can help by registering and participating in Great North East 50K & 100K Charity Cycle.
