Fish Kill On Enler River At Comber

dn_screenThere has been a major fish kill at the Enler River, Co Down, on Friday 24 July 2015.

A spokesperson for the Northern Ireland Environment Agency (NIEA) said: “On Friday afternoon the NIEA (Northern Ireland Environment Agency) received a report of a fish kill at the Enler River near Comber.

“An NIEA Water Quality Inspector immediately visited the area to investigate the report and determine the environmental impact. The Inspector is following a definite line of inquiry.”
