DUNDRUM residents will get a chance to meet representatives of a wide range of groups that run activities in the village, if they drop in to St Donard’s Hall on the Main Street on Tuesday 17 September between 7-9pm.
Groups represented will include the Dundrum Angling Club, Dundrum Cricket Club, the Cross-Community Playgroup, Dundrum GAC, Grow it Yourself South Down (vegetable growers), the Homing Pigeon Society, the Indoor Bowling Club, the Irish Dancing class, Mourne Nature Watch, Murlough Athletic Club, Murlough Nature Reserve, RIOT youth group, the Sacred Heart Church Choir, the Dundrum Sailing Club, Shimna U3A and the Table Tennis club.
Those dropping in will also be able to meet representatives of Dundrum Village Association and Dundrum Development Association and find out more about what they do.
This will also be an opportunity for anyone interested in helping to run an oil-buying club or similar cost-saving energy project to discuss that with Village Association representatives.
If anyone wants to launch a new activity in Dundrum, this will also be their chance to put their idea forward.
This event is organised by Dundrum Village Association. For further information, contact Belinda Loftus on 07736 487505 or firstname.lastname@example.org]]>
