Downe Maternity Hold Celebration After Winning Major Award

Celebration at the Downe Maternity Unit

Staff in the xa0Midwifery Led Unit in Downpatrick recently held a celebratory event to recognise winning a top UK award by the Royal College of Midwives ‘Mothercare Maternity Service of the Year Award’xa0xa0for their innovative work to improve maternity services and for their staff engagement activities. The award recognised the hard work, dedication and expertise of the team in Downpatrick and the diversity of the services provided.
