Down Midwifery Led Birthing Open Day Coming Soon

The Downe Midwifery Led Unit are planning their annual open day on Sunday 5 October from 2pm to 6pm.

dn_screenOn the day there will be many health related stands to visit and a tour of the birthing rooms.

Midwife & Team Leader Teresa McDowell said: “I am looking forward to showcasing our services to the general public and those interested in birthing with us. Don’t hesitate to have a chat with one of our midwives on duty and ask any questions or queries you or a family member have been thinking.”

Everyone is welcome, pregnant – or just thinking about it – xa0grandparents, friends, health professionals or school pupils interested in a health career. Come along, light refreshments will be served on the night.
