Ruth added: “This hugely popular event has become a family favourite on the summer calendar, and it’s easy to see why.
“The racecourse will be buzzing with activity, including a Children’s Entertainment Zone, Zorbing, Falconry Displays, a Kids’ Disco, a Horse Education Station, a roaring T-Rex, Llamas, a Mini Fun Fair, Petting Zoo, Free Face Painting, Bouncy Castles, and so much more.

Children under 16 enjoy free entry when accompanied by an adult.
You can book children’s tickets online in advance to secure a Free Kids’ Goodie Bag. Adult General Admission is priced at £20, which includes a complimentary racecard.
Family Fun Raceday takes place on Tuesday 14th July 2026 at Downpatrick Racecourse.
Gates open at 11.30am, with the first race starting just after 2:00pm.
