South Eastern HSC Trust runs a selfie ‘walk and talk’ competition for mental health

To celebrate the start of this year’s regional Mental Health campaign and in the build-up to World Mental Health Day, please see attached details of the South Eastern HSC Trust’s ‘Walk and Talk‘ selfie competition.

In an attempt to embrace and demonstrate this year’s theme;xa0“Creating hope, through action”xa0, the Trust are calling on people to ‘Walk & Talk’, embracing the Take 5 messages to ‘Be Active’ and ‘Connect’.

As part of the campaign we are asking you to submit a ‘selfie’ when you are out and about walking and talking.

There will be a prize for the two best photos submitted as judged by a panel.
