County Down TV Star Bear Grylss Has A Double

COUNTY DOWN explorer Bear Grylls’ figure comes to life after more than 12 months in the planning and making at Madame Tussaud’s in Blackpool. His unique set at boasts interactive aspects, with a specially created rock formation where he will feel just at home!

The Chief Scout, originally from Donaghadee, who was sculpted by the attraction’s experts after hundreds of precise measurements were taken, is in good company at Madame Tussauds. He is located in the Documentary Drama Zone, alongside TV stars such as David Attenborough and hit duo Ant and Dec.

Madame Tussauds Blackpool features more than 12 different exciting zones to explore, with famous faces, including Cheryl Cole, Jamie Oliver, David Beckham and the stars of ITV soap Corrie, to be snapped paparazzi-style.

There’s everything to do there from appearing in your favourite TV programme at ‘Big Night In’ to competing with famed sports stars, such as the legendary Tiger Woods, in the interactive sports zone.
