CITB-ConstructionSkills NI Grants

[/caption] The campaign encompasses activity such as radio advertising, direct mail and text messaging in a move to improve awareness amongst construction employers of funding they are entitled to. Barry Neilson, Chief Executive of CITB-ConstructionSkills NI said, “We want to encourage a culture of training and qualifications in the construction industryxa0 and one of the ways we try to do this is through our Grants scheme.xa0 We offer grants to support a wide range of training and qualifications and this year we have made £1.68million of grant funding available to registered employers to contribute to the cost of their training. We are the only sector in Northern Ireland to still benefit from such a system but employers are not making the most of it. That is why we are putting our efforts into such a high profile marketing campaign to ensure the industry is aware of this funding and encourage them to use it.” Contact our Training Operations Support Team on 02890 825466 to find out if you are getting what you are entitled to or log onto www.citbcsni.org.uk/grants.aspx]]>
