And the Lyric’s theatrical feast for children continues withxa0one of the most popular fairy-tales of all time,xa0Cinderellaxa0– this year’s much-anticipated Christmas show.

Tall Stories, the theatre company behindxa0The Gruffalo, bring their new showxa0Room on the Broomxa0to the Lyric fromxa030 July to 4 Augustxa0direct from a smash-hit West End season.
The witch and her cat are flying happily along on their broomstick when a stormy wind blows the witch’s hat, bow and wand away into the night.
With the help of a daft dog, a beautiful bird and a friendly frog, her belongings are retrieved. But this broomstick’s not meant for five and – CRACK – it snaps in two! When a hungry dragon appears, who will save the poor witch? And will there ever be room on the broom for everyone?
It may be six months away but tickets are now on sale for the Christmas showxa0Cinderellaxa0and this monthxa0schools can take advantage of a special discount pricexa0of £7.50xa0if booked byxa0midnight 30 June 2013, £8 fromxa01 July 2013.
