On Saturday our Year 4 hurlers travelled to Warrenpoint to take part in a blitz. The boys played games against Craobh Rua, Ballyvarley, Portaferry, Kilclief, Warrenpoint and Carryduff. In each games the boys competed well and demonstrated some great individual skills and teamwork – well done lads. Special thanks to the host club for organising such a great days hurling and to our own parents whom assisted with transporting the kids to the blitz – your support is always greatly appreciated.

Commiserations to our U-12 girls who, despite playing well, went down to neighbours Bryansford in a high scoring game. This was the last league game of the season for the girls.

Order forms for Club gear are available from the Club or from John O’Neill, Brian O’Neill or Terry Connolly. Forms must be filled in and returned with full payment on or before Sunday 27th of Sept.
