Covid-19 Business Grants Still Flowing But Keep Your Eye On Deadlines.

Covid-19 Business Grants Still Flowing But Keep Your Eye On Deadlines.

Janice McDonald, Down Business Centre manager, has updated local business about Covid-19 funding.

She said: “Additional funds for businesses were announced two weeks ago. In speaking to some tenants on the Down Business Centre site I realise not everyone has picked up on the financial support that is available.

“I would encourage you to read through the complete support announcement in the link below and a key element of this is a top up of £5,000.

“Enterprise NI, our governing body, has been pushing for a top-up grant for those businesses who received the initial COVID-19 £10k grant and have received little or no further support.

“Businesses who received the initial £10k grant and have not been in receipt of LRSS and CRBSS and who are still trading, will receive this £5k top up.

“Businesses do not need to apply. The payment will be automatic. What we are hearing, now, is the payments will be made during April.

“Check out the nibusinessinfo.co.uk website. There is some good guidance there.”

The closing date for the LRSS and CRBSS grants is 31st March so there is only a few days left to get your application in. Go to:
