Burns Welcomes Rural Housing Survey in Castlewellan

CASTLEWELLAN Sinn Féin councillor Stephen Burns has welcomed the carrying out of an independent survey in the O’Donnell Heights, O’Donnell Park and O’Donnell Close areas of the town.

Mr. Burns said the survey gave residents an opportunity to relay any and all ongoing issues to the Rural Housing Association: “I would like to thank Swift, the company who have carried out the survey, for providing the residents with an independent forum in which to voice their concerns. “A number of issues have already been raised by residents with myself, including the replacement of windows and other general maintenance. I would encourage anyone left to take part in the survey to do so to the full, and take advantage of this opportunity to have any issues addressed. “I have been given assurances by Rural Housing that any issues raised will be taken on board by them and hopefully dealt with in the near future,” added Councillor Burns.]]>
