Seniors had a convincing win over Ballykinlar on Friday night. The back line of Shane McEvoy, Francis McKinney and Philly McGarry had little to do but when they were needed defended well. BJ McMenamin (0-07) and Pearse McCarthy (0-06) had the lion’s share of the scores. Conor McAllister (0-02), Nicky O’Connor (0-01) controlled the midfield while Tommy Fitzsimons excelled in the Centre half back forward. Christopher Tumelty (0-01) and Darryl Kelly, who scored the only goal of the game worked hard on the forward line. The final score line was 1-17 versus 0-03.
