Bright GAC Club Notes For 15/04/19

➡️ A massive well done to our Under-10 and Under-8 teams who took part in their first blitz of the season on Saturday in the Russell Gaelic Union Downpatrick. For some of the boys and girls this was their first game in the green and gold and what a talented bunch they are!

They have been working hard on their skills at training every week and throughly enjoyed putting them into practise today. Thanks to all the parents and coaches for their help and support and well done to the RGU on a very well organised morning

Bright juniors ready for action.

➡️Well done to the Under-16’s who followed up their victory away to Bredagh last week with a convincing home win over neighbours Ardglass. It required another impressive team display to get by the talented visitors with standout performances coming from Danny McCrissican, Kyle Broggy, Riain Burns and Louis Ward. FT- Bright 8–11 Ardglass 5-8

➡️Well done to the Under-14’s who maintained their 100% start to the season with another big scoreline against a battling St. Paul’s side. Impressive performances all over the field.

➡️ The seniors got their league campaign off to a disappointing start on Friday past. Despite missing a few key personnel, the lads matched Dundrum in the first half but the home side pulled away in the second to leave a one sided score line. Plenty for the lads to work on over the next couple of weeks before welcoming Auglisnafin to Bright on 26th April.

➡️ Training for under 6, 8, and 10’s is on Wednesday 6-7pm at the pitch. Players are asked to bring indoor and outdoor gear and £1. Everyone welcome.

➡️ Bingo continues every Sunday night at 8pm in Bright Community Centre. Come out and support Bingo in your own community

➡️ Sadies Circuits continue every Tuesday and Thursday in the community centre from 7-8pm. £3 per night or £5 for both nights 💪🏼
