Bells Crossgar In Running For Auto Express Driver Power Dealer Of Excellence 2016

It is a case of onwards and upwards for Bells of Crossgar who have been nominated as the ‘Auto Express Driver Power – Dealer of Excellence 2016’ by Groupe Renault UK- the UK operation of the French carmaker that encompasses the Renault and Dacia brands.

Bells Crossgar are one of only 23 dealerships nationwide to be nominated for this prestigious accolade in the programme that has been established between the UK’s biggest selling motoring magazine, Auto Express and Groupe Renault UK.

The local dealership secured it’s nomination after performing strongly in Groupe Renault UK’s in-house customer satisfaction measures and will now have their customer experience verified via an in-depth independent customer care evaluation by Driver Power.

Brian Walters the Director of Research & Insight at Driver Power, the UK’S largest, independent automotive survey said:” The Driver Power Dealer of Excellence accreditation will be a powerful seal of approval for consumers looking to service their vehicles from dealerships offering a trustworthy and satisfying experience.”

If Bells are successful they will have their award presented by Groupe Renault UK’s managing director at their mid-year dealer conference in June.
