The U-14’s were busy this week with 2 league games and a sevens tournament, in the league games Ardglass racked up 109 points over both games as they faced weakened opposition from Drumaness and Carryduff B, there where strong performances from Mark Magennis in Attack and Padraig McGirr in defence over both games , while Jason Carr, Harry Walsh and Ben Carville all got on the score sheet. The team also took part in the An Riocht sevens in Kilkeel, after an opening game loss to St Brigids from Belfast they turned on the style and power and over came both Longstone and RGU. They progressed to the Quarter Finals of the Cup where they lost to a strong St Oliver Plunketts from Dublin, overall a great weeks performance from the whole squad, two games this week away to Laitriom and St Johns on Monday and Thursday.
