• and investing in infrastructure to relieve congestion.

South Down MLA Patrick Brown is to present the draft Alliance Party plan for Downpatrick regeneration in Denvir’s Hotel on Wednesday 19th October.

Patrick Brown MLA said: “Our plan provides a clear vision for the town and my hope is this could help shape the work of the newly established Downpatrick Regeneration Working Group.

“This document has been informed by months of discussion with the community, local businesses and other stakeholders, but this is just the first draft.

“Any plan for Downpatrick must be led by its people.

“This consultation evening is an opportunity for anyone to come and discuss Downpatrick’s future.

“It is also an opportunity to learn about our plan, give feedback, and be part of a new vision for Downpatrick. You can view the plan and RSVP for Wednesday’s event at the link below.”
