Alliance Councillor Patrick Clarke has called on the Housing Executive to carry out emergency repairs to damage stone walls near a pedestrian walkway at New Meadow Row in Annsborough.
Councillor Patrick Clarke said:xa0″I have requested Housing Executive to carry out urgent repairs to two damaged stone walls near a pedestrian walkway at New Meadow Row in Annsborough.
“A number of residents raised the matter with me and I have seen at first hand myself how dangerous both stone walls have become due to recent damage.
“Due to the damage stone walls being on either side of a pedestrian walkway u200eleading to a footpath which is used regularly by residents to both New Meadow Row and Annsborough Park I have urged the Housing Executive to carry out repairs as soon as possible.”
