RGU Notes For 18 December 2017

We extend our sympathy to the family of former player Paul Stranney who passed away quite suddenly last week. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.

The U-21’s unfortunately fell at the final hurdle against a strong Liatroim team on Thursday night in a game played in horrendous conditions. Both teams deserve credit for putting in a great shift and congratulations to Liatroim.

There are a limited number of spaces left for our Christmas party on 22nd December. Please see Edel or Marty for tickets which are £20 to include 3 course meal and music by Just Adam.

Big Breakfast and Santa Saturday was held on Saturday past and it was a fantastic morning. Well done to the team who organised it

This weeks lotto: we were unable to have draw on Sunday night so draw was done on Monday. See Facebook for details

There will be a meeting for all Senior Ladies Footballers tonight with the new Management in Downpatrick Sports Centre at 8.15. All members old and new are more than welcome

Date for the Diary. We will be having the Fabulous St Mungo’s back on January 26th for a night. This is a sequel to the very funny play we had at RGU last year. Details on Facebook. A great Christmas present but also a guaranteed side splitter!
