The Music Service for Pipes and Drums will be holding a Master Class onxa0Saturday 16 Decxa0in the Ulster-Scots Discovery Centre, Belfast.
The plan for the day will be to attend various tutors who will discuss practice/finger technique, trying different types of drone reeds in your pipes, setting up your bagpipes. There will also be Snare and Tenor tutors on hand to teach scores.
Not only will the the Highland Pipes and Drums be catered for, but there will also be advice available on Scottish Smallpipes.
The Master Class will start aroundxa011amxa0until until lunch atxa01pm.xa0 Then start again atxa01.30pm – 3.30pm.
This is the ideal opportunity for both beginners and advanced players to learn something new and talk to tutors about how to get the most out of your instrument. Everyone is welcome.
Music Service For Pipes and Drums currently provide Province-Wide Tuition in schools and at classes in Clogher, Belfast, Cookstown and Raphoe.
