Rostrevor Shedders Visit Titanic Quarter

The Rostrevor Men’s Shedders and a few of their family members enjoyed a fantastic day out at the Belfast Titanic experience on Saturday 26 February.

They enjoyed nine interactive galleries, with multiple dimensions to the exhibition, drawing together special effects, dark rides, full-scale reconstructions and innovative interactive features.

That was followed by an exploration of the slipways where both the Titanic and Olympic stood, it was quite a moving experience knowing the fate that befell so many.

The Shedder’s Experience was completed with a visit to the world’s last remaining White Star vessel and RMS Titanic’s original tender ship – SS Nomadic!

Shedder Patsy Curran organised the fantastic trip and everyone was delighted with the enjoyable day out.
