A Ballynahinch PR and Communications agency RNN Communications has just been acknowledged for the strength of its client campaigns at the Chartered Institute of Public Relations PRide Awards, which took place last Friday, 21 October, at the Culloden Hotel.
Headed up by Director and Senior PR Consultant, Riki Neill, the integrated agency was presented with a silver award for Best Integrated Campaign – for its work with Gala Retail and Special Olympics Ireland – and named as runner-up for Outstanding Small Public Relations Consultancy.
These latest two endorsements for the Agency’s work follow a string of successes for the agency which has seen RNN Communications named as Outstanding Small Public Relations Agency at the awards in 2015, recognised for its work at the FMCG Awards in Dublin last year for Best Sponsorship by a convenience retailer and added a number of new clients to its roster over recent months.
In just under four years, the Agency’s reputation for developing some of the best campaigns across Ireland is growing and it’s these successes that RNN Communications will be building on in the future.
“In 2013, I founded RNN Communications with the vision of developing a creative communications business where only the best will do for clients, and being awarded in the category of Best Integrated Campaign is particularly welcome as its highlights how our untraditional approach is paying dividends for clients,” said agency founder, Riki Neill.
Ms Neill added: “Our recent awards success is testament to our commitment in delivering exceptional work for clients across Ireland. This wouldn’t be possible without the passion and tenacity that’s been shown by our team at RNN Communications and without our clients’ unwavering trust and willingness to heed our counsel and go for the ‘big ideas’.”
Now in its 13th year, the CIPR PRide Awards are the most credible UK-wide awards in the public relations industry. The awards recognise and celebrate outstanding campaigns, PR professionals and teams across the UK.
Agency Director Riki Neill and Digital Marketing Consultant Jolene Kelly are both part of local business networking group Down Business Connect. Speaking about how the Group has benefited RNN Communications, Ms Neill said: “Since becoming part of Down Business Connect in early 2015, we’ve met some excellent local businesses, had a sounding board for ideas and business challenges, and been lucky enough to work with several of the Down Business Connect members.
“Our involvement in the Group has been extremely beneficial to the business and for local business people out there, who are willing to put in some extra effort, and attend the 7.30am fortnightly meetings, there’s huge benefits to being part of Down Business Connect.”
The team at RNN Communications includes Digital Marketing and Comms Consultant, Jolene Kelly; PR and Events Consultant, Jill McLernon, and a network of specialised consultants and graphic designers.
Working with global brands, indigenous Irish companies and SMEs across Ireland, RNN Comms delivers solutions for clients, through intelligent, creative and engaging communications across three divisions: RNN Comms, RNN Green and RNN Digital.
