Get your children active this summer and join them on one of Newry Mourne and Down District Council’s Summer Schemes.
The Schemes, which run at local leisure and community centres in Ballynahinch, Downpatrick, Newcastle, Newry and Kilkeel, are fun filled and action packed and offer great value for money for girls and boys from 5-12 years old.
They are filled with activities including sports, arts and crafts, workshops, weekly trips, swimming and lots more. Different booking options are available and registration has now opened.
Newry, Mourne and Down District Council Chairperson, Councillor Gillian Fitzpatrick said: “If you are wondering how to keep your kids entertained over the summer break this is the perfect solution for you. The schemes provide so much choice that whatever their age or interest there will be something suited for all children.”
