Man Dies In RTA On Comber Killinchy Road

dn_screenPolice can confirm that a man, aged in his 40’s, has died following a two vehicle road traffic collision on the Killinchy Road near Comber that occurred at approximately 10.45am on Thursday 3 December.

The deceased man was a motorcyclist who was involved in a collision with a blue Renault Megane.

Inspector Alexander Johnston said: “I would ask anyone who witnessed either of these vehicles in the area prior to the road traffic collision to contact Lisburn Police Station or the Collision Investigation Unit at Sprucefield on the non emergency number 101.”

The Killinchy Road currently remains closed to traffic between Balloo and Killinchy Street in Comber.
