Christmas is coming, which means it’s time to make some fabulous festive items! Tutor Diane Robinson has a collection of fabric, paper and all the other craft materials that creative kids need at this time of year.

Over six weeks of Saturday morning classes, Diane will guide participants through some exciting new projects.

Think Santa, think Rudolph, think baubles and bells. And think what fun you could have making something truly unique in the run up to Christmas! All materials are included; old clothes should be worn.

Down Arts Centre also offers grown-ups that want to get into the festive spirit an opportunity to get creative. Fabric Christmas Wreaths is a one-day workshop on Saturday 28 November (10am – 4pm) with tutor Naomi Whan. Participants will create a modern and funky Christmas wreath constructed from fabric, beads and wire.

The completed wreath will look fantastic on a door, inside wall, or displayed as a table centre piece, adding that little bit of extra Christmas sparkle to you home. Lunch and materials are included in the price.

To buy tickets (Both classes £40/£35) and for further information on any Down Arts Centre events, please contact the box office on 028 4461 0747 or visit:
