Glasdrumman GAC Notes For 23 August 2015

Five Glasdrumman U-12 boys were fortunate enough to take part in the Croke Park Activity Day organised by the Down County Board writes Tony Bannon.

dn_screenThe boys had a brilliant day and gave a good account of themselves……every one of them getting on the score sheet with goals and points. We would like to say a big thank you too Johnny for driving the bus, this enabled parents and family members to travel with the boys and be part of the day! This was a brilliant experience for the boys and one they will never forget.

U-12 training continues at the Quarter Road Pitch tonight (Wednesday) from 6pm until 7.30pm. The next game is an away fixture against Ballyholland on Sunday at 11am. Details of travel arrangements will be given at training.

U-6, U-8 and U-10 training at the Quarter Road Pitch tonight (Wednesday) from 6-7pm. The U-10’s are taking part in a tournament in Glenn on Saturday – xa0a text message will be sent out during the week with full details.

Registration for Scor na nOG will take place in the clubrooms on Friday 4th September at 7.00 pm All those wishing to take part must attend. Please contact Club Chairman Gary McGreevy or Donna Feeny for any other information.
