Hazzard And ÓGribbín Welcome Drumaroad Improvements

South Down Sinn Féin’s Chris Hazzard MLA and Cllr Pól ÓGribín have welcomed news in recent days that various improvements in Drumaroad village will be carried out in the near future.

Following recent grass cutting and a general clean up, the village will now benefit from enhanced flower and shrubbery planting and rotting road safety barriers along Drumaroad Hill will be renewed.

Cllr ÓGribín said:xa0″I want to thank Newry Mourne and Down District Council and the NI Housing Executive officials for a speedy response to residents’ requests.

“These improvements will be welcomed by all and will go a long way in improving both road safety & environmental features in the village.”
