Brendan Kearney, Chairperson, of Down Business Connect, said: “We xa0established our group to provide a supportive network of contacts and opportunities for business growth for local businesses. Our Group is growing and members have already made new contacts and received new business leads.

“With only one company represented per sector, there is huge potential for business information sharing and growing members’ businesses. Therefore, we would encourage any local business people who want to explore new avenues for business growth to try Down Business Connect.

“Down Business Connect provides an effective forum for the various businesses in and around County Down, offering advice, information and support for members, strengthening the Group, and in turn this helps with the economic growth of Down District.

The new Networking Group is open to new members and invites local businessmen and women to attend the next meeting on Tuesday 21 July at Down Business Centre in Downpatrick from 7.30-8.30pm.
