Burns Welcomes Drainage Improvement Measures For Ballykinlar

dn_screenDown District area councillor Stephen Burns (Sinn Féin) has welcomed the announcement that additional drainage measures will be put in place on the Tryella Road in Ballykinlar.

Councillor Burns said:xa0″Residents in the Tryella Road area of Ballykinlar have been raising concerns about looking and poor drainage for a number of years.

“I wrote to Roads Service to highlight the concerns of the local residents and to request that additional drainage measures be put in place in Tryella Road.

“I have now received a reply from Road Service to say that say that additional drainage will be provided.xa0This is welcome news and will hopefully improve conditions for local residents.

“I will continue to engage with local residents to update them of any developments as the work gets underway.”
