Police in Newcastle are appealing for information following a burglary that occurred in the Seaforde Road area of Downpatrick.

Sometime between 6.30pm on Sunday 11 May andxa09am on Mondayxa012 May, a commercial premises was broken into and three parrots and five terrapins were stolen.

Anyone with any information about this incident is asked to contact Newcastle Police Station on the non-emergency number 101.
