Thieves Steal Lead From National Trust Property Roof Near Dundrum

POLICE in Newcastle are appealing for information following the theft of almost £300 worth of lead from the roof a National Trust property.The cottage at Dundrum Road was targeted sometime between 25 October and 31 October.xa0The thieves also caused more than £3000 worth of damage to the roof in the process of stealing the lead flashing.
