On Friday’s past the pupils of St Nicholas’ Primary Ardglass took part in their first games of the season at Bright GAC under the guidance of new Vice Principal Mr Gilchrist. First up  was a tough encounter with Saul which St Patrick’s won.
Following that they contested a very close game with Carryduff who won the game with a late score, the boys saved their best performance for last with a fine win over Legamady. Overall it was a very encouraging begining, over the morning’s games Michael Walker, James Crangle, Shea Dorrian and Dillon Addis performed to a high standard.
Next up is the indoor season in a few weeks, meanwhile coaching will continue in the School under Mr Gilchrist and support by Coaching Officer Kyla Trainor.
