Ballynahinch Man Convicted Of Benefit Fraud

A man has been convicted at Downpatrick Magistrates’ Court for claiming benefits he was not entitled to.dn_screen Andrew Kilmartin (30) of Hillcrest Lane, Ballynahinch, xa0claimed Jobseekers Allowance totalling £3,007 while failing to declare employment. He was given 100 hours community service. Mr Kilmartin is also required to repay any outstanding money he wrongfully obtained to the Social Security Agency. ]]>
