Who can apply? If you own or privately rent your home and receive one of a range of benefits you could be eligible for this free help. What are the qualifying benefits? The qualifying benefits for a package of insulation measures or a new central heating system for your home include: Income Support, Income Related Employment & Support Allowance, Income Based Job Seekers Allowance, Pension Credit, Working Tax Credit, or Housing Benefit, Child Tax Credit (Relevant income less that £15,910, Disability Living Allowance or Attendance Allowance. If you only receive any of the last three benefits you may still be entitled to insulation measures, making your home warmer, healthier and more energy efficient.
