This week the Ladies finished off round one of their league campaign unbeaten with a win over Aughlisnafinxa0on Thursday night writes Ciara Sharvin. xa0 As usual it was a fantastic team performance throughout, especially from Alisha Treacy up in front who scored 4 goals in the first half.xa0 Other scores came from Natasha Lavery (1-2), Michelle Lavery (1-3), Sarah Venney (3-2), Aimee Tumelty (0-2) and Jenny Fitzsimons (0-1).xa0 Well done everyone.xa0 Training continuesxa0Tuesdayxa0andxa0Thursday at 6.45pm.
The Men’s run of results continuedxa0on Thursdayxa0night with a loss at home against a strong Mitchels outfit.xa0 Training continuesxa0on Thursday at 7pm.
The U-10’s took part in a blitz on their home groundxa0on Saturday.xa0 They made a very good show of themselves, everyone played brilliantly. Keep up the good work guys. Training continuesxa0Wednesday at 6pm.
Thexa0U-12’s were unfortunate in their match at home against St Johnsxa0on Sunday. St John’s were a lot stronger, but our boys and girls put in 100% effort and never gave up. Training continuesxa0Wednesday at 6pm.
The U-14’s came out strong winners yet again against Aughlisnafinxa0on Mondayxa0night with a scoreline of 10-24 to 3-3pm.xa0 Absolutely fantastic result boys, all down to your hard work and effort.xa0 Keep it up.xa0 U-14 & U-16 Training continuesThursday at 6pm

The club would like to remind all visitors and patrons of the club that dogs are strictly forbidden from entering the pitch and surrounding grounds. A big thank you to all thoses who sold and bought tickets for the Bright Day at the Races.xa0 Also thanks to our Sponsors Justines, Duffys and the Reacecourse and also to Declan Lavery who donated a pair of trousers signed by numerous jockeys for the raffle.xa0 As usual it was a great evenings craic, with a few people coming away with many a winner.
