Co-ordinator’s in Down District have stated that being involved in a scheme makes them feel safer and having direct contact with their local Neighbourhood Policing Team has helped in the combat of crime and anti-social behaviour. Also, co-ordinator’s commented that getting house insurance at a reduced rate is a financial benefit.
