Training schedule for Ballymote on Saturday; U-6’s Boys and Girls at 10.30am, U-8’s Boys (P3 &P4) at 11.30am, Girls U-12, & U-14 at 12.30pm, U-10 Boys (P5 & P6) at 1.30pm. Bring a water bottle and a £1 please. All parents please ensure that contact details are left with one of the mentors. We are looking for more handball coaches to help with the work load. Our handballers are doing well and we want this to continue.
