Bryansford GAC Notes

Well done to the Under-21’s who beat a strong Glenn side on Sunday – we wish them the best of luck in the final.
Congratulations to Paddy and Joleen on the birth of their new baby girl.
The county draw tickets are out and club members are encouraged to show there support for the county but importantly the club to please help with much needed fund raising by buying one of the tickets. Even if a number of people join together to share the cost but also the prize it would be very much appreciated. Please contact George Sloan and Willie Kane or indeed any committee member if interested in purchasing a ticket.
The Sports hall is available for birthday parties and other functions, please contact Kevin Leneghan.

This weeks numbers were 2, 15, 18 and 23 with the bonus 16. Bridget Rice and Maurice Cunningham both won £15, with Paula’s Shop and Marcella Rice both pocketing £5. The clubs committee are asking everyone to please continue their much needed support of the club.xa0

The juvenile presentation night and the Christmas Party will go ahead on Friday 14th December – all children are welcome to attend.
Finally, it was good to see the ladies football team out celebrating this years successful campaign on Saturday night. It was clear that some of the younger members of the team are still trying to find their feet, and have much to learn from their more experienced teammates. Shaneen Owens has passed on a quote from her older sister: “It was a real eye opener!”
