Down Arts Centre has an amazing line up of live music performances this autumn, from folk to Gilbert and Sullivan and everything in between.
It all starts withxa0Irish Rock Nightxa0featuring Paul McMordie and friends atxa08pm on Friday 14 September.

Paul and friends are guaranteed to get your feet tapping and pulse racing with a night of re-imagined arrangements of some of Ireland’s greatest rock songs.xa0 Some songs stay true to their roots whilst others take on a new meaning with the passing of the years.xa0 Each track is given a new depth and significance.xa0
This treatment is applied with painstaking attention to detail and stunning effect to songs by Van Morrison, Rory Gallagher, Thin Lizzie, U2 and Snow Patrol to name but a few, so come along with your vocal chords in good order and join in.
Fans of traditional and folk music have a treat in store this autumn at the Down Arts Centre with performances by Gráinne Duffy, Bap Kennedy, Ken Haddock, Eilidh Patterson and friends, At First Light, Chris Newman and Máire Nà Cathasaigh, The Corncrakes and Rath Celtair Folk Music Club gigs.
Bob Dylan fans will have a unique opportunity to spend an evening with writer and Dylan expert, Michael Gray.
And xa0for those who enjoy Opera and the Savoy Operas we have Caruso and the Monkey House Trial and The Story of Gilbert and Sullivan.
Finally, for rock music fans, we have the fabulous Illegals with Niamh Kavanagh.
