The event will identify where you want your business to be and how to develop a plan that will help you to achieve it. All too often businesses are overwhelmed at the thought of developing a business plan and put it on the back burner.  This workshop will aim to outline a step by step approach to developing a plan that can be used to secure funding or map where you want your business to be in the future.  The session will examine both the importance of realistic planning and the implementation of plans.
