NITB Golf Awards Recognize Visitor Experience

NITB Credit Excellence at Golf Quality and Assurance Awards The Northern Ireland Tourist Board congratulated five golf clubs from across Northern Ireland on  their commitment to providing high quality visitor experiences. The NITB Golf Quality and Assurance Awards at Royal Belfast Golf Club, now in their second year, have set out to raise the bar in relation to standards at golf clubs, with a particular focus on customer service. Robert Cully, NITB Director of Business Development commented: “Seeing some of our best clubs achieve the quality mark for this new golf scheme is a sign of the golf industry’s commitment to providing the best visitor experience for all visitors. The success of Rory McIlroy, Graeme McDowell and Darren Clarke has raised the profile of Northern Irish golf and made high standards in customer service even more important”.
