DONKEY & TRAP RIDES 14-year old Robert Wallace and his donkey Dennis are already taking advance bookings for rides in a new trap which holds up to a party of . He has already had a £50 vote of confidence from the icon Joanna Lumley herself whom he wrote to about his charitable work! You can rest assured you’ll be in safe hands as he holds the British Driving Society’s carriage driving licence and is in training to teach the qualification himself. And yes, in his spare time, he’s available for wedding and funerals! RACE REGISTERING The 10K and Fun Race start at 2.30pm beside the Market House at the Square. Both finish at the main gates of Montalto Estate. Registration is available on the day before 2.00pm in the Community Centre, but increased fees apply. The fee for unregistered athletes is £12.50 and £11.50 for registered athletes. On the day registration is £15. Advance registration fees for the Fun Run are £5 for over 16s and £3 for under 16’s and senior citizens. On the day fees are £7 and £5, respectively.
