Learn Tradional Irish Music At The Lecale CCÉ Classes

Lecale CCÉ Classes Return This September! 🎶

The incredible impact of the first-ever Down Fleadh in Downpatrick and the record-breaking Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann in Belfast is still being felt weeks after both events — and now is the perfect time to get your child involved learning and performing Irish traditional music.

Join the Lecale CCÉ and be part of the Comhaltas family — the worldwide organisation dedicated to the promotion, preservation and development of Irish traditional music, song, dance and culture, and the organisation behind the annual Fleadhanna events.

Mark Higgins, Lecale CCÉ Chairman, said: “Our classes in Downpatrick provide a friendly, safe and supportive environment where children, young people and adults can learn traditional Irish music, build confidence, develop their musical skills and become part of a vibrant local musical community.

“Whether you’re completely new to traditional music or already have some experience, there’s a place for you at Lecale CCÉ.
