Over 25 participants took part in the session, which offered basic health checks, a taster exercise class, and access to a range of health and wellbeing information.

The initiative aimed to improve access to men’s health services and raise awareness of the importance of proactive health care among harbour workers in the area.

This event is part of a wider programme of health and wellbeing initiatives being rolled out across the Mournes DEA, reflecting the Council’s continued commitment to supporting the physical and mental wellbeing of residents in both rural and coastal communities.
