NMD Labour Market Partnership Delivers Business Masterclasses in Newry and Downpatrick

Almost 100 businesses across Newry Mourne and Down recently availed of two free business masterclasses, one in Newry and one in Downpatrick. xa0

The Masterclasses were delivered by Newry Mourne and Down District Council Labour Market Partnership (LMP), funded by the Department for Communities.

The full house of attendees were provided with practical tips and advice to support business growth in areas including brand awareness, visual merchandising, digital marketing, upselling, online selling, customer service and employment retention.

In Newry, guests heard from Clare Vallely from Kukoon, in conversation with journalist Gary McDonald while in Downpatrick, Gary was in conversation with Pete Boyle from Argento.xa0

Both events had presentations from Siobhan Walsh, Retail Consultant, Maeve Finnegan, Mitso Marketing and Bronagh Lennon, HR Consultant.

There was a panel session with all speakers hosted by Gary McDonald and the events were organised by King Communication.
