Big Spring Clean On Way Says Live Here Love Here

Live Here Love Here ready for big spring clean in Down

Live Here Love Here have officially kicked off their annual Big Spring Clean campaign today to tackle litter in NI, with events already scheduled for County Down in Ardglass and Kilkeel.

The annual event is now Northern Ireland’s largest community clean-up and gathers tens of thousands of volunteers to either take part in scheduled litter-lifting events across the country or organise their own clean-up for their business, local community or with family and friends.

This year’s Big Spring Clean, runs from today, 01 March until 30 April, and already has over 20 events lined up in locations around Northern Ireland.

Most of the clean-ups focus on tackling the long-standard litter problem in Northern Ireland, which results in waste materials polluting our waterways and beaches, before making their way into the sea.
