Glasdrumman GAC Notes.
Lotto numbers on 03/11/22 were 5, 7, 11 & 17. There was no jackpot winner this week. Seven people matched 3 numbers and win£10. They were Padraig Rooney, Ann Rodgers, Sue Trainor, Terry Joyce, Hugh Rodgers, James Trimble, Charlie & Joseph Ross.

Aileen and Lynda presented Paul McDowell from Mourne Community First Responders with a cheque of £350. The money was raised from the Dinnywater Dander during our Annual Summer Festival
We would like to thank everyone who kindly supported this event.
Our boys and girls had their first indoor sports session on Thursday night and thoroughly enjoyed it.
This programme continues next Thursday at Mullartown House sports complex!

Well done to our G4MO’s who had their final game of the season on Saturday up at home against Wolfe Tones GAC – Greencastle
Thanks to the girls for making the long journey up to the Mournes, it was a great game of football with plenty of laughs and craic!! Speedy recovery to Lisa who sustained an injury!

The draw for the All-Ireland scor raffle took place on Saturday evening. A full list of winners can be found on the clubs Facebook page. thank you to everyone who supported this fundraiser.
Saturday sees the Senior Scór All Ireland Final and we will be represented in both Solo Singing and Ballad Group! We wish our Solo singer Niamh, our Ballad group of Niamh, Tara, Donna, Laura and Cormac the best of luck for Saturday. We would like to wish all our families, friends and supporters travelling down to Mayo to support us, a safe and pleasant journey.
Sending good luck wishes to the Burren Quiz team also.
Thank you to everyone who has supported our Senior Scor competitors in any way. All those who bought and sold tickets for the Raffle, those who have sponsored, those putting up buntings, posters and flags and anyone who has helped put in any way.

St John’s Drumnaquoile GAC
St John’s have engaged AWARE, the NI Depression Charity, to deliver a series of training and awareness events at the club over the coming weeks. To start there will be two Mindfit sessions.
The first was on Wednesday 2nd November at 7pm for our 15-18 year old boys*
And the second on Tuesday 8th November at 8pm for our 15-18 year old girls*
There will be a further session for adults / parents the following week (exact date to be finalised). AWARE have already given a presentation to our senior ladies earlier in the year.
AWARE has worked closely with the GAA over the past years to develop this new wellbeing programme, MindFit, which aims to help young members develop the skills and techniques to look after their mental health. The workshops will help participants increase their resilience and ability to deal with life’s challenges.

Bright GAC Santa Sunday will take place on Sunday 4th December in Bright
Community Centre.
Our Santa Sunday line up for this year includes the Elf Workshop –
Santa’s Grotto – a carol service – a tuck shop and getting to meet
Santa. We can assure you this will not disappoint.
Santa’s helper Aimee Grant will be at Bright Community Centre on Friday
11th November from 5.30pm to -6.45pm for anyone wanting to purchase
tickets. – £7 per child.
Bright GAC Senior Club presentation night is taking place in the
Burrendale Hotel, Newcastle on Saturday 26th November.
Closing date to purchase tickets for this presentation dinner is
Wednesday 9th November.

Bright GAC AGM for 2022 will take place on Friday 3rd December in Bright
Community Centre at 7pm.
This is an important meeting for the club and the club needs volunteers
in various positions throughout our club – in the committee room,
coaching and mentoring our players at every age, behind the scenes ,
fundraising, Grant applications and general help around the club.
Everyone is most welcome
Bright GAC Christmas Party night will take place in Bright Community
Centre on Friday 9th December. Dinner is at 8pm with entertainment
afterwards. Tickets for this event are selling fast at £15 each and are
