Ardarragh Day Centre Scoops Awards At Saintfield Show

It was a day of prizes galore at the recent Saintfield show held in Lawson’s Farm for the service usersfromArdarragh Day Centre in Downpatrick.xa0

In the Home Industries section, the service users scooped six first prizes, three Second prizes and a Third in competitive art and craft classes which ranged from celebration art, xa03D art, water colours, clay work to weaving.xa0What an incredible achievement!

Day Care Worker in Ardarragh Day Centre, Diane Hanna-McKay thanked all those involved in the event, and said: “The service users had such a fantastic day and everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves.xa0

“We are all looking forward to next year and are already starting to plan ahead.xa0 We would like to extend thanks to all those who supported the service users and to the organisers of the event for a successful day.”
